Delta gets Victorian Government Grant for EV Charging Research with Nissan and CSIRO

Melbourne, Australia, August 17, 2018–Delta Energy Systems (Australia) Pty Ltd. announced it received a grant from the Victorian Government for a research project on EV charging it is conducting with Nissan Australia and the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO).  The Hon. Lily D’Ambrosio MP, Victorian Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change, approved $210,000AUD in funds from the New Energy Jobs Fund (NEJF) towards the 18-month research project. The NEJF supports Victorian-based projects that create long-term sustainable jobs, increase the uptake of renewable energy generation, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and drive innovation in new energy technologies.

Delta Energy Systems Australia has recently made changes to our PV inverter warranty, to offer more flexibility for end customers.  In the past every PV inverter in Australia came with a standard 10 year warranty.

Delta will continue to lead with the 10 year warranty, although we now offer the option to get the same quality product at a more competitive option by reducing the standard warranty to 5 years.  – Any Delta RPI inverter installed after 1st of April 2016 can be either with a 5 years or 10 year warranty, which can be verified online.
